BEST PRICE TO QUOTE FOR PLOT IN SIVAPRIYA NAGAR ATTIBELE

Q: Hi All I have a plot in sivapriya nagar in attibele and want to sell it. its east facing and 60x40 site. i have heard that the layout has bmrda approval and dc converted i have also paid the taxes and have katha even though the area has not developed as anticipated i believe its a good investment opportunity for the future my question is what would be the best price to quote for the plot ? thanks in advance. karthik S.

Attibele is a periphery and panchayat town in Anekal taluk. It is barely It is 35 km from Bangalore and 5 km from Hosur on NH 7. The Real Estate has been also blooming slowly and steadily. I feel the area is good for long term investment.
